Target information
The Wug.E9 antibody reacts with mouse P-selectin (CD62P, PADGEM, GMP-140), that is expressed in the alpha-granules of platelets and Weibel-Palade bodies of endothelial cells. The surface expression of P-selectin on platelets can be used as a marker for alpha-granule secretion upon cellular activation.
